In this special collaboration with Light After Dark, at the Scribble Studio in Rushden, we are coming together to celebrate the strength that creativity, compassion and a sense of community can harness, in a fun, relaxing, therapeutic and social clay workshop.  It is a safe space, with no expectations, no judgments and lots of acceptance for how the complexities of life can impact our mental health.  Why not take an hour out of your day to do something that focuses on helping to promote positivity and wellbeing.
Refreshments will be available for just £2, with complimentary biscuits and water.  All money from these will go to mental health charity.
